1. Overview

1.1 The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. If you have any questions about the information below, please Contact us at DubHQ@salmonelladub.com. This Purchase Policy is subject to, and incorporates by this reference, the Terms of Use. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket.

1.2 All Customers attending an Event or performance must hold a valid ticket for the same. Late arrivals may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in performance.

1.3 Nothing in these policies is intended to limit or exclude liability, or the liability of a Presenter, under applicable consumer law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

2. Currency

All ticket prices for events that occur in New Zealand are stated in New Zealand Dollars. Salmonella Dub accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including: American Express, MasterCard and Visa; and PayPal.

3. Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with your Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process.

4. Processing Fees

Tickets purchased on the Site are typically subject to a per ticket charge and a non-refundable per order Payment Processing Fee. This fee covers bank charges and handling fees.

5. Amount of Tickets Per Customer or "Ticket Limits"

5.1 When purchasing tickets through Salmonella Dub Ticketing you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a "ticket limit"). This amount is included on the unique event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.

5.2 We reserve the right to cancel any orders where we identify breaches of these limits, including where we know or reasonably suspect automated means have been used to purchase tickets. Use of automated means to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited.

6. Ticket Forward Terms

Salmonella Dub Ticketing may offer 'Ticket Forward' functionality in respect of events. Where Ticket Forward is available you can use the Ticket Forward functionality to forward your electronic tickets to other people by logging into your MyThe DUBstop account and following the prompts. By forwarding a ticket you have purchased, you are only facilitating another person using that ticket for event entry - the agreement (and associated rights and obligations) for the purchase of that ticket remains between The DUBstop and you, the original ticket purchaser, regardless of the number of times the ticket is forwarded. The Ticket Forward functionality can only be used for event tickets and not for any other items purchased with the event tickets (such as merchandise). The DUBstop may cancel a forwarded ticket if the ticket was obtained fraudulently or otherwise in violation of the relevant terms and conditions.

You can only cancel a Ticket Forward invitation before the recipient accepts the invitation. Once a recipient accepts your invitation, you will not be able to use your original ticket for event entry. The recipient will get a new ticket with a new barcode. If a ticket is forwarded multiple times, only the ticket from the most recent Ticket Forward will be valid for entry - all previous ticket barcodes will be cancelled. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, only the original purchaser of a forwarded ticket will be entitled to any available refund. The DUBstop will only deal with the original purchaser of a forwarded ticket in respect of all matters relating to the ticket and the event for which it is issued. As the original purchaser of a ticket, it is your responsibility to keep all the recipients of your forwarded ticket updated with any information The DUBstop provides to you. To the extent permitted by law (including, without limitation, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986), any liability The DUBstop may have in connection with a ticket will only be owed to the original purchaser of the ticket and not to any recipient to whom that ticket may have been forwarded.

7. Cancelled Events

7.1 Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Salmonella Dub Ticketing makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund if applicable. If an event is cancelled, please Contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions. Please make sure to include/provide your the ticket number so we can expedite your refund if applicable. If you purchased the ticket(s) at a ticket centre, you will need to return the ticket(s) directly to the ticket centre where you purchased the ticket(s).

7.2 In the event that a Presenter authorises ticket refunds, they will be issued only to the original purchaser or to the original credit card used for the purchase.

7.3 Nothing in this Purchase Policy (including specifically, this clause) shall limit Salmonella Dub Ticketing or a Presenter's liability for any breach of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (including any liability for consequential loss suffered by a consumer that cannot be excluded) or will or purport to limit any consumer's rights that cannot be limited by New Zealand Law.

8. Billing Information Verification

Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Salmonella Dub Ticketing customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase.

9. Multiple Browser Windows

When ordering tickets online with salmonella dub ticketing, please ensure you are looking for tickets and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up tickets using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets or timer expiration.

10. Limitation of Liability

Balls and other objects may fly into the spectator area during an event. Despite spectator shielding, injury can occur. Stay alert at all times before, during and after play or performance. If struck, immediately ask usher for directions to a medical station. By purchasing a ticket through salmonella dub ticketing, you agree to the terms of this Purchase Policy on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after play or performance, except that nothing in this section limits your rights and remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986

11. License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value

11.1Event Providers and Venues reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with either the Event Provider's rules or Venue's terms & conditions of entry. A ticket is a revocable licence and breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.

11.2 The Presenter reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists provided that it does not cause a fundamental change in the characteristics of the event for which tickets are purchased; vary advertised programmes, seating arrangements and audience capacity, refuse admission with reasonable cause or to request a customer leave the venue if disrupting others. Please also see the clauses headed "Cancelled Events" and "Opening Acts" for further information.

12. Recording, Transmission and Exhibition

12.1 You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You grant permission to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) in any medium or context without further authorisation or compensation.

12.2 Cameras, video and audio recording devices, mobile phones and pagers may not be permitted in certain venues. The Presenter may request that all pagers and mobile phones be turned off before entry.

12.3 The Presenter reserves the right to remove a ticket holder from the event without compensation for breach of any rules in this clause.

13. You Are Subject to Search

You and your belongings may be searched on entry. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers.

14. Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes

The Major Events Management Act 2007 ('Act') places restrictions on the value at which tickets to events declared as major events under the Act can be sold or traded. A breach of the relevant provisions of the Act may lead to liability to pay a fine.

When purchasing tickets on a Site, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a 'ticket limit'). This amount is included on the unique event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where we identify breaches of these limits, including where we know or reasonably suspect automated means have been used to purchase tickets. Use of automated means to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited.
